HOW CURBSIDE PICKUP WORKS
You can browse our catalog to see what items we currently have available to check out. Items with a green background are available, items with a pink background are unavailable. Items with DMZ listed under the Label category are digital eBooks or audiobooks, which are only available to check out via our Libby app. You can find instructions on how to check out digital items on your phone or tablet here.
Now you're ready to place an order! There are a few ways you can do this.
Note: If you order by phone, we will let you know an estimated time your order will be ready for pickup, typically 15-30 minutes unless we have a lot of orders. If you reserve your order online, you will have to wait until we contact you to let you know your order is ready. To view or change how you are contacted for reserved items, follow the tutorial on managing your account here. Orders placed within an hour of closing may not be ready until the following morning.
Now you're ready to pick up your items! Once you have arrived in the parking lot, give us a call to let us know you are here. Your items will be brought out to your vehicle. If you have items to return, you can give it to the staff member delivering your order, or you can place them in our drop box to the right of the front doors. We ask that you do not place bags in the drop box as they can sometimes get stuck inside the mechanism.
